To promote the recovery of local tourism and simultaneously express gratitude for support from all sectors, the East of Taiwan Tourism Circle (East of Taiwan) has called on its members to propose and launch the '1+1 Happiness Project' and the 'Hualien & Taitung Shovel Out Happiness! Grateful for You! Monthly Happiness Travel Giveaway!' programs.
