2026 Taoyuan Longgang Rice Noodle Festival

<p>The Longgang area of Taoyuan is home to some of Taiwan's rare ethnic minority cultures, including the Jingpo, Dai, and Lisu. To provide the public with a deeper understanding of the exotic cultures of the Golden Triangle, the Taoyuan City Government has, since 2011, centered its storytelling around the local delicacy 'rice noodles,' using the festival to showcase the performing arts and delicious cuisine of the Golden Triangle. The festival features Golden Triangle cultural celebrations, unique Yunnan-Myanmar-Thailand cultural experiences, and mini-tours of the Longgang commercial district.</p>
