2026 Keelung Ciao Art Festival

<p>Held since 2015, the festival has expanded from Chaojing Park to the old Zhengbin Fishermen's Association Building and the ruins of the Argentine shipyard, and has created a distinctive maritime museum. Starting from a concern for the ocean, it encourages and inspires the public to reflect on the relationship between Keelung and the ocean, and art and the environment, thereby reawakening local identity through art.</p>
