2026 Nanliao Firefly Festival

The Nanliao Firefly Festival has begun! Everyone is welcome to join us for firefly viewing! I. Firefly Viewing Dates: The event starts on April 3rd (Friday). Phone reservations are accepted starting today. II. Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (including the day before holidays and other holiday periods). Reservations are required, with a minimum of 10 participants per group. Groups: Group 1: Assemble at 18:30; Depart at 19:00 Group 2: Assemble at 19:20; Depart at 19:40 III. Registration Method: Registration Hotline: 0915-127-139 (Consultant Wu Chih-liang) Registration Hours: Daily from 08:00 to 17:00 IV. Meeting Point: Nanliao Community Activity Center (No. 34, Nanliao, Guanling Vil., Baihe Dist., Tainan City) V. Registration Fee: NT$150 (Free for children under two years old; includes public liability insurance for the venue). Notes: Fees are to be paid upon check-in. Please ensure you arrive promptly at the meeting point; latecomers will not be waited for. If you are unable to attend at short notice, please notify the association. If the event is canceled due to heavy rain, typhoons, or other factors, participants will be notified by phone or text message, and an announcement will be posted on the association's fan page. The entire tour takes approximately one hour. There are some slopes along the route, so please assess your own fitness to ensure a safe journey. Please wear thin long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and comfortable canvas shoes. During the firefly viewing tour, please keep the area dark and quiet.
