With the core goal of promoting cycling tourism in Lion's Head Mountain, Lishan, Baguashan, and Wufeng District of Taichung City (Aozhao'wu Recreation System), and in conjunction with '2026 World Bicycle Day,' our office plans to host the 'Leisurely Cycling through Lion's Head Mountain Hakka Village Carnival' on May 30th (Saturday), 2026, and the 'Railway Cycling Marvels & World Bicycle Day' event on June 7th (Sunday), 2026. This ride covers approximately 36.7 kilometers with a total elevation gain of 138 meters, connecting Hakka settlements and natural landscapes along the way. It will lead riders to deeply experience the unique features of the Lion's Head Mountain area, rich in both cultural heritage and ecological resources. This event is divided into two main groups based on cycling experience: 1. **'Wind Breaker Pro Group':** Suitable for professional cyclists with over 2 years of riding experience, with professional guides leading the ride. 2. **'Lohas Easy Ride Group':** Suitable for cycling beginners, families, and the general public, with ride leaders flexibly adjusting speed and rest times according to participants' riding conditions, allowing everyone to easily enjoy the fun of cycling. * After completing the ride, participants can also taste local specialty foods such as tea-baked eggs and cold-brewed tea, and participate in the event raffle!
