2026 Kaohsiung Children's Day | Dinosaur Fun Park

This year, during the Children's Day long weekend, Weiwuying will transform into a dinosaur paradise! The Kaohsiung City Government Education Bureau is hosting the 'Dinosaur Fun Park' Children's Day series of events. The biggest highlight this year is the debut performance in Taiwan by Japan's renowned realistic dinosaur team, DINO-A-LIVE. There will be 3 shows daily, totaling 12 performances, featuring 6 dinosaurs appearing in rotation to provide an immersive, up-close interactive experience. The event series includes a 'Fossil Archaeology Experience Zone,' where children can become little archaeologists through a fossil excavation pit, learning about ancient creatures and natural science during the experience. Additionally, the 'Little Dinosaur Explorer' activity invites children and adults to transform into adventurers and participate in dinosaur-themed fun challenges and interactive games, allowing them to run freely and burn energy on the grass. At the same time, there will be a dinosaur-themed market with over 100 stalls, gathering gourmet food, cultural and creative products, and parent-child merchandise, creating a joyful Children's Day carnival atmosphere.
