This year, it grandly features a brand-new lineup and fresh scenic highlights. We've traversed Tainan's mountains, sea, and plains, inviting eight master chefs from different generations to showcase their culinary artistry, ranging from national treasure-level maestros with five decades of experience to innovative young talents, collectively demonstrating the century-long legacy of Tainan's banquet culture. 【Spring Edition Exclusive: Led by Two Master Chefs from Nanguan Line】We specially invite two prominent chefs from the Guiren banquet dynasty to team up: ? Master Chef Su Chia-chin: With over 50 years of profound culinary expertise, he earned an international reputation and a gold medal in the individual hot dish category at the 'Cooking Furnace Grand View' World Gold Chef Competition. ? Master Chef Shih Tsung-tai: A fourth-generation member of the Shih family banquet tradition, he has cultivated local banquets for over 40 years and is the most representative promoter of banquet culture in the Nanguan Line. Registration Period (Sales Period): Registration begins at 12:00 PM (Noon) on April 15th, 2026 (Wednesday). Registration Process: A. Online Registrants Registration Process: Go to the event registration page. Fill in the ticket purchaser's contact information (e.g., name, contact number, email). The system will reserve your registration eligibility within the specified time (15-minute limit). If data entry is not completed within this time limit, the system will automatically cancel your eligibility. Upon successful payment, the registration process is complete. Please print your physical ticket at an ibon machine before the specified event date; entry on the event day requires the physical ticket. ※ An OPENPOINT, Google, or LINE account is required to use ibon online registration. ※ Online registration payment methods are limited to credit cards and some mobile payment options (including OP Wallet/Line Pay/JieKou) payment. B. Online Registrants Ticket Collection Process: Physical Ticket (ibon collection) After completing the purchase, you will receive a ticket collection number. Go to the "Enter Code" section in the upper left corner of the ibon machine homepage and enter the ticket collection number. After confirming the event details are correct, print the small receipt. You must present the small receipt at the counter within 10 minutes to scan and collect your ibon ticket, completing the ticket collection process. Electronic Ticket After successful registration and payment, the system will send order/ticket information and a QR Code for admission to your email. Receipt of this email completes the process. C. ibon Machine Registrants Registration Process: Physical Ticket Only (ibon collection) Go to an ibon machine, search for "Four Seasons Banquets," select the product, and proceed with registration. After printing the small receipt, you must pay at the counter within 10 minutes and receive your ibon ticket. ※ ibon machine registration payment is limited to cash only. Notes: 1. Due to ingredients and preparatory work, if a refund is required after ticket purchase, please refer to the refund policy and apply for a refund before April 24, 2026. Refunds will not be accepted after this date, and tickets can only be transferred privately. 2. All table meals are non-vegetarian; vegetarian options are not provided. 3. In case of irresistible factors or severe weather conditions such as typhoons or earthquakes, the event may be suspended, cancelled, or postponed. Please stay updated with the latest news on the official website (if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be processed according to the refund mechanism). 4. To maintain the cleanliness of the entire event venue, visitors are requested to uphold environmental hygiene and not damage any facilities. 5. Participants agree that videos and photos of this event may be used for broadcasting, exhibition, or publication on the websites and publications of the guiding, organizing, and co-organizing units. 6. Due to venue limitations for the banquet event, infant seats cannot be provided. We appreciate your understanding. 7. Children's tableware will not be provided on-site; please bring your own. 8. Each table is arranged for 10 people. Due to venue limitations, additional chairs cannot be provided. 9. Table tickets or individual tickets cannot be resold at a higher price. If such behavior is discovered, the ticket will be invalidated. 10. According to Article 4 of the Uniform Invoice Usage Regulations, ticket revenue for entertainment businesses may be exempt from issuing uniform invoices. Only a "Proof of Purchase" can be issued for tickets. If a "Proof of Purchase" is needed, please contact the ibon ticketing system immediately after purchasing your tickets. 11. If a proof of purchase is required, please send a registered mail with a self-addressed stamped envelope containing your name, phone number, title, unified business number, order number, number of tickets & amount, and mailing address (including postal code) to Anyuan Information Ticketing Team (7F, No. 161, Shitan Road, Neihu District, Taipei City 114) within 7 days after the order is confirmed. Requests after 7 days will not be processed. The application process takes 5 working days, and it will be sent via regular mail. Please consider if you can accept this if you need a proof of purchase. 12. Dining seats are pre-arranged and cannot be changed spontaneously, nor can the number of diners be increased. 13. On the event day, entry is granted with a physical or electronic ticket. For those who have not yet collected their tickets, please do so at any 7-11 ibon machine nationwide before the event date (tickets cannot be collected at the event venue); those who chose electronic tickets should present their electronic ticket QR Code for entry on the event day. Refund Policy: This event entrusts the ibon ticketing system to handle refund matters, which will be processed according to the refund rules. Overdue applications will be considered a forfeiture of eligibility, and no refunds will be given; tickets can only be transferred privately. Refunds are not accepted at the event site or 7-11 ibon machines. If a refund is needed, please apply to ibon 8 days before the event date (before 2026/04/24). A 5% processing fee will be charged from the ticket price; the refund process will take approximately 30 working days. 1. Electronic tickets and uncollected online purchases: Please log in to your member account and select "Refund Application" from your order inquiry. The full ticket amount will be refunded to your original credit card bank. The bank refund time is subject to each bank's processing time. 2. Physical tickets: Please bring your physical ticket to any 7-Eleven ibon machine nationwide to process a refund (service hours 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM). The refund method is as follows: (A) ibon machine refund method: On the ibon machine homepage, select "Ticket Booking/Collection" → select "Refund" → follow the instructions, scan the QR CODE of the physical ticket to be refunded → enter the refund applicant's name → after confirming, take the original ticket and refund slip to the store counter to process the refund. (B) For cash purchases, the store counter will refund the cash ticket amount (minus the processing fee). (C) For credit card purchases, please pay the refund processing fee at the store counter first. The full ticket amount for that refund will be returned to your original credit card bank. The bank refund time is subject to each bank's processing time. To avoid unnecessary disputes and infringement of rights, please understand and agree to the above rules before purchasing tickets. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.
