2026 Firefly Glow & Floral Spring Festival

Part 1: Dance of Flowers & Springs - Hot Spring Experience Event Event Dates: April 11th & 12th, 2026 (Saturday & Sunday). Event Time: 10:00 - 16:00. Event Location: Plaza outside the Guidan Hot Spring Experience Pool. Exciting stage performances are scheduled, featuring relay performances by 3 artists including Li Zi-sen, Yang Jing-yu, and Wu Mei-lin, along with 8 groups of street performers, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The Guidan Hot Spring Experience Pool offers special promotions, including free foot baths (original price NT$100 per person) and hot spring private rooms at a 50% discount for NT$600 (original price NT$1,200, for 2 people). On the opening day, April 11th, from 14:00-15:30, a free singing bowl sound healing bath will also be available. Furthermore, those who successfully register for the firefly watching event will receive discounted park admission of NT$50 for a full ticket and NT$30 for a half ticket from April 13th to May 3rd. On-site, 'Kabi Pangla' (Mango Nap) inflatable mascots and paper sculpture installations will be displayed for visitors to take photos and check in. Visitors who show proof of following the 'Tainan Travel' fan page on-site, take a photo with 'Kabi Pangla', and upload it for check-in, can redeem a limited NT$50 'Firefly Flower Spring Voucher' at the service counter. Furthermore, the first 200 visitors on the opening day, April 11th, will also receive a special 'Kabi Pangla' mini lantern, available while supplies last. The vouchers can be used at over 20 specialty market stalls on-site and at designated partner stores in the Nanxi Commercial District, valid until April 19th. Free Shuttle Bus: On both event days, a free shuttle bus service will operate between Lutao Yangjiang Family Settlement and the event venue. Shuttles will run from 9:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with a frequency of one bus every 15 minutes. Part 2: Fireflies Towards Happiness - Firefly Watching Event Event Dates: April 13th to May 3rd, 2026 Event Time: On controlled days (Saturdays and Sundays), from 16:30 to 21:00 (April 18th, 19th, 25th, 26th, May 2nd, 3rd). Event Location: Wulong Trail, Nanxi Meiling Scenic Area, Tainan City. On controlled days, entry is managed by online reservation and registration, with timed slots and controlled flow into the mountain. There will be two sessions daily, each limited to 800 participants, with a total daily capacity of 1,600 people. At the control post next to Dazhong Restaurant (Meifeng Ancient Trail Entrance), vehicles are prohibited from entering starting at 15:00. ❕When observing fireflies, please adhere to principles such as using low light, not disturbing their habitat, and being mindful of your personal safety. Visitors who spend at any of these stores will receive a raffle ticket. Scan the QR code to register and enter the prize draw, which includes 55 exciting prizes such as accommodation vouchers, hot spring vouchers, and local agricultural products. Each person is limited to one prize (identified by name). In case of multiple wins, only the highest value prize will be awarded. Furthermore, those who stay at any of the 7 partner accommodations during the event period will receive a 'Fireflies Towards Happiness Experience Voucher'. This voucher or proof of accommodation can be presented during the firefly watching event for entry without prior reservation. Part 4: Leisurely Wander Tour (Registration is full) Registration Time: Registration opened on March 31st (Tuesday) at 9:00 AM and continued until full. Registration Method: Online registration.
