ART TAICHUNG 2026 Taichung International Art Fair will make its debut at the Taichung International Exhibition Center. Themed '3D City', it brings together 63 galleries from home and abroad, showcasing thousands of brilliant works and leading visitors to experience the rich tapestry of contemporary art. Through a brand-new exhibition venue and art lectures, the public is invited to step into the art scene and experience Taichung's vibrant urban aesthetics and cultural energy. ART TAICHUNG 2026 Taichung International Art Fair will take place from June 5th to 7th at the Taichung International Exhibition Center, making its debut with a new name and showcasing Taichung's new aspirations as it moves towards becoming an international art city. This edition, themed '3D City,' echoes Taichung's young, diverse, and cosmopolitan urban characteristics. Through authentic artworks and exhibition spaces, it will guide visitors to rediscover the connection between art and life. This year's exhibition brings together 63 galleries from Taiwan and abroad, including 48 Taiwanese galleries and 15 top international galleries. It will showcase diverse creations such as painting, sculpture, installations, and video art, with participation from renowned galleries like Asia Art Center, Hanart TZ Gallery, and Bluerider ART, presenting a rich vision of contemporary art. The organizers also continue to foster Taiwanese artistic talent, creating more opportunities for emerging artists to connect with the market. Simultaneously, they are linking up with emerging artist awards such as 'Art Fresh,' 'Jade Resplendence,' and 'TAFA New Talent Award' to encourage young creators to accumulate exhibition and exchange experience, thereby showcasing the new generation's vitality in Taiwanese contemporary art. Furthermore, art lectures and special themed exhibitions are planned on-site, inviting artists, curators, and collectors to share their perspectives.
