'Rising Stars Bloom' 2026 New Taipei City School Partnership Program

Deepening the connection between arts and culture education and public cultural venues, the New Taipei City Government Department of Cultural Affairs continues to promote the "School Partnership Program." Using the city as a platform, the program connects the school system with artistic and cultural resources to create an important venue for youth creative expression and exchange. In 2026, themed "Rising Stars Bloom," multiple universities, colleges, and elementary/junior high schools will be brought together to jointly plan 13 exhibitions. Through cross-institutional, cross-regional, and cross-disciplinary collaboration, a platform for youth creative exchange and expression will be built, showcasing the diverse and dynamic artistic landscape of the new generation.
