2026 New Taipei City Hakka Tung Blossom Festival | A Blessed Journey Sharing Tung Blossoms Together in Yingge

As spring arrives and flowers bloom, it's once again the season for tung blossoms. This year, the New Taipei City Government Hakka Affairs Department and Yingge District Office have jointly launched the 'Spring Tour in Sanying and New Taipei Tung Blossom Festival' mini-trip event, titled 'A Blessed Journey Sharing Tung Blossoms Together in Yingge'. This year's Tung Blossom Festival specifically collaborates with Yingge Citizen Farm. The farm owner will lead visitors on a hike along scenic mountain and river trails, offering distant views of the fully bloomed snow-white tung blossoms around Yuanshan Weir. Guests will also savor handmade mochi and Hakka Lei Cha (pounded tea) crafted by local Hakka groups, immersing themselves in the rich Hakka culture and natural beauty.
