Shuitou Settlement boasts well-preserved Minnan architecture and an overseas Chinese hometown culture, rich in human stories and living memories, offering significant value for parent-child learning and cultural experiences. This event centers on "parent-child togetherness," integrating interactive challenges, handicraft activities, and guided walking tours, connecting unique spaces such as Deyue Tower, Jinshui Story House, and guesthouses. Through diverse experiences like traditional toys, costumes, calligraphy, food, and crafts, parents and children are guided to learn through play and experience Shuitou Settlement's historical context and daily life culture through interaction, thereby fostering identification and an emotional connection to the overseas Chinese hometown settlement. A total of 8 checkpoints are planned for this event. Participants who complete any 5 of them can redeem a completion prize, including one 'hong guo gui' (red turtle cake) and one special souvenir, at a designated location.
