2026 Hanami Cherry Blossom Season

The '2026 Hanami Cherry Blossom Season', hosted by the New Taipei City Government's Department of Environmental Greening and Landscape, this year centers around the core concept of 'Cherry Blossoms X City X Art'. It specially invites 'Turn Your Eyes Away For a Moment', a classic work by internationally renowned picture book artist Jimmy Liao, to join the spring festivities. The protagonist and warm imagery from the picture book will appear in a relaxed and natural manner at Wuji Tianyuan Temple in Tamsui District, accompanying everyone on a stroll through the sea of flowers.
