Taitung County boasts a natural environment with a 176-kilometer coastline, and its human environment is a melting pot of diverse ethnic groups, home to seven major Indigenous tribes. Culture and nature coexist, showcasing a rich tapestry of lifestyles, which in turn has given rise to a diverse food culture. Taitung Tribal Cuisine centers on traditional food knowledge passed down through generations, presenting the flavors of tribal fashion. We hope to invite travelers from all places to view Taitung Indigenous cuisine, culture, and life from a fresh perspective, and to share this wonderful taste with the world.
