2026 Jinning Township Rock Oyster Cultural Festival

Jinning Township's unique rock oysters, combined with resources such as tourism and ecology, aim to create distinctive local industrial characteristics. With food and agricultural education as the promotional focus, the event collaborates with local oyster farmers to organize oyster bed exploration and a thousand-person oyster shucking activity, allowing participants to experience traditional industry culture firsthand. In addition, a big eater competition and an oyster art competition are also planned, reimagining traditional industries with innovative activities to showcase a different kind of industry charm.
