Yongzhen Coastal Station (Brand New Day)

The Yongzhen Coastal Station is located in the Yongzhen Coastal Recreation Area. It offers an excellent vantage point for viewing the 'Guishan Sunrise' and connects to coastal attractions along the Yilan Coastal Bikeway and Provincial Highway 2 in the Northeast Coast Scenic Area. Positioned as an important hub on the region's tourism corridor, it combines coastal scenery, leisurely experiences, and cycling tourism to create a new coastal tourism base that integrates relaxation, interaction, and exploration. The station building is currently home to 'Brand New Day' (等日初), which operates a sea-view cafe. It was named 'Brand New Day' because of its prime location for viewing the sunrise over Guishan Island, conveying the anticipation of watching the dawn. The English name, 'Brand New Day', symbolizes that every ray of dawn is a fresh start, hoping that every traveler who comes here can forget yesterday's worries, feel that each day is a new beginning full of hope, and inject momentum into their lives. 'Brand New Day' offers dining and leisure services: the first floor provides visitor information and bicycle rental services; the second floor combines coffee beverages and light meal options, allowing visitors to enjoy a moment of leisure while admiring the sea view; and the third floor is designed as a panoramic viewing platform, offering breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and Guishan Island. In addition to enjoying delicious food and snacks, visitors can also take a leisurely bike tour, enjoying the beautiful scenery of Guishan Island along the Yilan coast and the natural shade of the Yilan Coastal Bikeway.
