Thirteen Houses Old Street

Thirteen Houses Old Street was once Nanzhuang's liveliest street, serving as the main transportation artery of its time. In 1963 (52nd year of the Republic), the old street was submerged by heavy rains from Typhoon Gloria, leading to residents' relocation and its subsequent decline. In recent years, thanks to young people returning to their hometowns to contribute and the township office securing relevant funding for redevelopment, these dual efforts have allowed the old street to gradually revive.
