Yangmingshan 40 Artillery Emplacement Memorial Park

The 40 Artillery Emplacement was one of the positions garrisoned by the former Air Force Anti-Aircraft Artillery units in Yangmingshan. It is now an exhibition park for decommissioned M1-40mm anti-aircraft guns and was a vital military stronghold used to protect the Caoshan Guesthouse during the Martial Law period. After renovation by the Geotechnical Engineering Office, it now features 3D murals depicting past scenes of soldiers on guard duty, allowing many retired comrades to reminisce and recall the past.
