Originating from Yangmingshan National Park, the Shuangxi River flows past Soochow University before turning north of the highway. From this point, a riverside green park unfurls, and a riverside bikeway has been built along both banks. It's a short, exquisite path within Taipei City's river cycling network, notable for being exceptionally well-maintained and very close to residential areas. The beautiful Shuangxi riverside offers a green tunnel for busy city dwellers to unwind. From the left bank of the Shuangxi, the path connects to the right bank bikeway of Bailing Bridge. Bailing Bridge Right Bank Riverside Park is a popular gathering spot for rugby enthusiasts and frequently sees soccer teams competing. Cyclists can also join this verdant space, riding all the way to under Chengdhe Bridge, and along the way, visit "Sanjiaodu," Taipei's last sampan dock.
