The "Vincent Siew Cultural Museum" was expanded from the "Vincent Siew Archives" established in 2006. It houses 2,549 artifacts, including medals, artworks, calligraphy and paintings, and important documents, from Vincent Siew's 50 years of public service up to his tenure as Vice President, which were donated to National Chiayi University for teaching and research, while also serving as an art and culture venue. Located on the 5th floor of the National Chiayi University Library, covering an area of 116.5 pings, it is divided into: the Entrance Hall – featuring a sundial depicting Mr. Siew's personal life and displaying the Order of Brilliant Star with Special Grand Cordon awarded during his vice-presidency; the Art and Digital Resources Exhibition Room – where the floor design incorporates a sundial, aerial map of Chiayi City, and Chiayi's city flower, presenting a diverse array of Vice President Siew's administrative achievements throughout his life, complete with large touch-screen computers and a multimedia screening room, offering an interactive display of the digital museum's collections; and the Special Collections Room – showcasing Dr. Siew's press releases, speeches, news clippings, important meeting minutes, various honorary degree regalia, significant calligraphy and paintings, and cherished artworks.
