Qianyao Leisure Pottery Studio - Village of Pottery

In 1991, three brothers from a farming family in the village decided to establish their craft workshop in their hometown, returning to this village that once had brick kilns. The second brother, Hou Chun-ting, graduated from Chinese Culture University with professional academic knowledge and over 20 years of practical experience, creating hundreds of works. In addition to traditional pottery, he also integrates functional pottery and Western-style pieces, showcasing immense creativity. He has repeatedly won the National Ye Wang Award and achieved excellent results in various competitions. His public art works include several innovative creations, such as the massive painting in Alishan National Scenic Area and public art seating at Yingge Ceramics Museum.
