Plum Garden

The Plum Garden, with its sea of flowers, has always been a key precursor to Alishan's best cherry blossom viewing routes. It stands alongside the Alishan Hotel Square, Alishan Work Station, and the Alishan Three-Generation Tree Trail as one of the top spots for enjoying cherry blossoms. Located in front of the Alishan Police Station, the garden features primarily plum and cherry blossoms, with Yoshino cherries being the most abundant. For a spring visit to Alishan, March is the prime flower viewing season. In addition to the magnificent display of beautiful pink and white Yoshino cherries, the garden also sees plum blossoms, peach blossoms, double-flowered cherries, and more blooming successively. As the warmer days of April arrive, after the star Yoshino cherries gracefully fade, weeping crabapples and Western apple blossoms will continue the floral spectacle. The Plum Garden's continuous brilliant floral show makes it a must-visit destination for flower enthusiasts every year.
