The Lanyang Museum Wushi Harbor Service Station (Lanyang Museum – Wushi Harbor Service Station) is located in the northeast corner of the Lanyang Museum Park. It is Taiwan's first distinctive building centered on environmental education and integrated with the harbor landscape. The building was completed in 2004, designed by architect Su Yu-che with the concept of a 'transparent box.' Its exterior resembles a large sailing ship moored by the harbor, an image that echoes Wushi Harbor's significant past as a historic trading port and connects to its present unique geographical location at the confluence of sea routes. The interior space extends to the harbor water and Wushijiao Wetland, creating a visual sense of water, land, and building merging. It has received accolades such as the International Architecture Design Award from the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and the Yilan County Public Works Quality Award.
