Yilan Established Governance Memorial Hall

The Yilan Established Governance Memorial Hall is located on Jiucheng South Road in Yilan City. This memorial hall was originally the official residence built by Saigo Kikumasa, the Head of Yilan Prefecture during the Japanese colonial period, and later served as the residence for successive administrative heads.
