Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts

After its official opening in June 1994 (Republic of China year 83), the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts has become another major new tourist attraction in Kaohsiung. This new museum is located within the Neowei Cultural Park in Gushan District, and its outdoor sculpture park features sculptures of various styles. In addition to long-term exhibitions of calligraphy masterpieces from its collection, each floor has exhibition rooms that regularly showcase international contemporary art. It has already hosted numerous sensational exhibitions by renowned artists, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors to enjoy the artistic feast.
