Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park

Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park is located in Xinfeng Township, Hsinchu County. It serves as a major tourist and recreational zone for the Hsinchu and Taoyuan regions, boasting an excellent geographical location and great potential for tourism development. An apple falling from a tree opened up a new realm for humanity. This apple fell on the head of the philosopher Newton, awakening human thought and the universe itself. With sincere hearts, the park staff are fueled by an ardent ideal – hoping to use their humble efforts to encourage fellow citizens to observe the world around them, to foster more research and more care. Through the activities, questions are posed, discussions are held, and serious research is conducted to uncover principles, thereby inspiring our social ethos and quality, and awakening Taiwan's Newtons. Sunshine, green fields, and black forests are the consistent leisure principles of Little Ding-Dong Science Theme Park. Since its opening in 1990 (Republic of China year 79), it has upheld the spirit of 'achieving educational goals through entertaining scientific experiences,' establishing a unique science park.
