The Xinpǔ pears produced in Xinpǔ Town are gradually launched into the market around mid-June each year, with those harvested in mid-July being of superior quality. Xinpǔ pears also have the latest harvest period among Taiwan's 'winter pear' varieties. Currently, Xinpǔ Town maintains an annual shipment volume of 32,000 kilograms.
