The Shicheng Service Area, located approximately 300 meters from Shicheng Village, is an ideal spot for travelers to rest and enjoy the scenic views. After a renovation by the management office, the first distinctive scenic cafe on the Northeast Coast was established here. The cafe's design, with many windows, few walls, and excellent ventilation, maximizes the appreciation of the surrounding beauty. Driving along the coastal highway with views of the vast blue Pacific Ocean, the appearance of this cafe brings an indescribable sense of delight.
