As a stop on the Old Caoling Circular Bike Path, this is a must-visit spot and rest stop for cyclists touring the island. It's also a scenic spot not to be missed by those who love hidden gems. A parking lot is conveniently located next to the observation deck, making it very easy to enjoy the views here. The observation deck offers an excellent vantage point. Looking down, you can see the flat Sijiaoku sea-eroded platform, where anglers often cast their lines to show off their skills. Looking back, you can spot the Sandiao Cape Lighthouse, Taiwan's easternmost point. Directly in front, you can gaze at Guishan Island (Turtle Island) from a close distance, admiring the magnificent, expansive ocean blending with the sky, rare geological wonders formed over millennia, and the tranquil beauty of the Leilei Geological Coast in the Northeast Coast, all awaiting travelers to experience. Beyond the panoramic ocean views, the observation deck itself is quite unique. Its heart-shaped elevated platform paved with wooden planks and the famous 'Three Hearts Garden' create a romantic atmosphere filled with love, making it a popular hotspot for many influencers to check-in. Numerous couples also specifically come here for wedding photoshoots. With the romantic observation deck, lush green lawns, and the surrounding beauty of the azure sea, every photo turns out stunning!
