Golden Waterfall

The Golden Waterfall is located alongside the Romantic (Jinshui) Highway, on the way towards the Shuinandong Changren Community. From here, you can look down and admire the world-renowned natural wonder, the 'Yin Yang Sea'. Because the Jinguashi area was an early mining district, its mineral veins, combined with the abundant rainfall in the mountainous area, underwent chemical reactions. After the interaction of minerals like pyrite and enargite, the waterfall was colored with a golden-yellow hue, slightly tinged with orange, hence its name. It has become a famous attraction in the Jinguashi area.
