Qingkunshēn Fan-Shaped Salt Fields

The fan-shaped salt fields are located in Kunshēn Village, Jiangjun District, and are part of the first operational zone of the Cigu Salt Fields. Situated between the south of Jiangjun Fishing Port and the north of Qingkunshēn, they were developed by Taiyen in 1975, with salt production beginning in 1977. These are Taiwan's youngest and most distinctive salt fields.
