Luzhugou Tourist Fishing Port

Luzhugou is a fishing village located in Sanguang Borough, Beimen District, Tainan City. In early years, when traveling west from Sanliaowan, there were many estuary channels between the villages on the north bank of the Jiangjun River estuary. It was necessary to use temporary bridges made of reeds (蘆竹) to cross these channels and enter the village, which is how the place got its name Luzhugou (Reed Ditch).
