Wan Tower Bikeway

The Wan Tower Bikeway, showcasing the beauty of Taiwan's northernmost lighthouse, winds along the North Coast, surrounded by coastal and rural paths. Along the way, discover stunning hidden mountain and sea landscapes. This bikeway connects Baishawan (White Sand Bay) and Fugui Cape Lighthouse. Approximately 3 kilometers long, it follows Provincial Highway 2, traveling alongside the ocean the entire way. Two wheels lead us deep into Taiwan's northernmost land, passing through attractions such as Shimen Wedding Plaza, Fuji Fishing Port, and Fugui Cape Park. The YouBike station at Baishawan is located in the parking lot to the left of 'MiShiTi Cafe - Extreme North Blue Point'. Extreme North Blue Point is not only a famous Instagrammable cafe but also serves as an information center for tourists. Upon reaching Fugui Cape next to the fishing port, you can follow the circular road to loop around the cape, passing by the Wind Art Camp where you can experience kite DIY, and the octagonal Fugui Cape Lighthouse. The botanical ecology and landscape along the trail are also worth admiring. Walking onto the coastal boardwalk leads directly to the beach. If you visit between March and May each year, you can also witness the dreamlike 'Green Trough' landscape, which is the most beautiful seasonal spectacle on this beach.
