Twin Bays Bikeway

The Twin Bays Bikeway is an 8-kilometer long wooden boardwalk built along the coast, starting from Qianshuiwan. It stretches from Qianshuiwan to Baishawan, allowing visitors to journey from Sanzhi to Shimen. Along the way, riders can admire numerous North Coast attractions, including the scenic Qianshuiwan beach, algal reef intertidal zones, ventifacts, temples, and the natural ecology of Linshanbi, all while enjoying the coastal views. The bikeway culminates at Baishawan, nestled between the Linshanbi and Fugueijiao capes. This area features a one-kilometer long crescent-shaped white shell sand beach with picturesque scenery, making it a popular summer destination for water activities and an ideal spot for relaxation. A must-see attraction along the route is the Linshanbi Recreation Area, which boasts rich natural geological landscapes. Here, visitors can enjoy the coastal views and observe the shallow marine ecology. The movie 'Secret' (不能說的秘密) was also filmed here; a memorable scene shows the male protagonist cycling with the female protagonist along a beautiful path, which is the Linshanbi Trail. When passing this section, visitors are encouraged to pause and experience the poignant romantic atmosphere from the film.
