Badouzi Tourist Fishing Port is a fishing port that combines a traditional fish market with tourist leisure activities and seafood restaurants. At the port's entrance, a retired deep-sea fishing vessel, the 'Haigong,' is displayed. After 18 years of service, the Haigong retired in 1993 and is now moored at the port entrance for visitors. Its massive hull stands by the roadside, having become an important landmark of Badouzi Tourist Fishing Port. The port offers ample parking space for cars and tour buses. The direct sales center within the port allows tourists to directly purchase fresh seafood, such as fish, shrimp, and crabs, caught by fishermen. Not only is the seafood fresh, but the prices are also cheaper than ordinary fish markets. Tourists from afar who cannot take the seafood home can ask the on-site restaurants to cook it for them, providing immediate and convenient dining services for a delightful meal right there. Furthermore, visitors can take a Blue Highway scenic pleasure boat from Badouzi Tourist Fishing Port to explore Keelung Islet, known as the 'Pearl of the Sea,' and enjoy the azure sea and sky. Every year, Keelung City's annual Squid Festival, Dragon Boat Festival races, Ocean City Cup National Rock Fishing Invitational, and vibrant international sailing events are all enthusiastically held at Badouzi Tourist Fishing Port.
