Sandimen Scenic Cycling Path

The Sandimen Scenic Cycling Path is located on Provincial Highway 185 in Sandimen Township and is the earliest developed mountain-side cycling path in Pingtung County. It passes through Gaoshu Township and Sandimen Township, the northernmost townships in Pingtung County. With a total length of approximately 42 kilometers, this circular cycling path offers a diverse experience, encompassing Hakka settlements, indigenous tribal culture, and rustic rural landscapes. Its rich natural ecology and cultural scenery make it an excellent choice for cycling tours in Pingtung. The route connects Saijia, Koushe, Qingshan, and Ma'er villages. With its charming views, indigenous tribal character, and winding mountain roads, it is one of cyclists' favorite routes.
