Taoyuan District Indigenous Cultural Museum

The Taoyuan District Indigenous Cultural Museum is located at approximately the 94-kilometer mark of the Southern Cross-Island Highway in Taoyuan District. It is surrounded by mountains, offering beautiful scenery. The museum building has three floors. The main ethnic groups in Taoyuan District are the Bunun and Hla'alua people, with a small number of Paiwan, Rukai, and Han Chinese people also present. In front of the museum building, there is a large outdoor performance venue, which can be used for various ceremonial events.
