The Taiwan Indigenous Cultural Park is located in Beiye Village, Majia Township, Pingtung County. It was originally known as Majia Mountain Cultural Village, and the surrounding areas are settlements of the Paiwan and Rukai tribes. Established in 1985, the park covers an area of approximately 82 hectares. Its primary purpose is to showcase and preserve Taiwan's indigenous culture, making it the largest and most valuable open-air museum in Taiwan for research.
