Erhjian Mountain

Erhjian Mountain, located in Longyan Village, Meishan Township, Chiayi County, stands at an elevation of 1,274 meters and is a sub-peak of Dajian Mountain. Its ridgeline clearly separates Gukeng, Yunlin, and Meishan, Chiayi, making it the most representative natural boundary mountain between the two counties. Due to its terrain rising prominently on the eastern side of the Yun-Jia Plain, and the nearby Dajian Mountain offering a magnificent panoramic view from its first-order triangulation point, this ridgeline trail has become a popular hiking route.
