Visitor Essentials

The Fengshan Observation Deck is situated on the old road that once connected Fengshan to Shehouping. Fengshan is often described as a place where one 'stands at the intersection of three county borders and holds three streams in their hands'. The observation deck boasts an expansive view, making it the best location to gaze upon Fengshan village and appreciate the magnificent scenery of the mountains and valleys. You can catch a distant view of Jiaolong Waterfall from near the parking lot. During the rainy season, come here to experience the majestic power of Taiwan's tallest Jiaolong Waterfall as it cascades down. Climb the steps to the Fengshan Observation Deck, and looking northwest, you can witness the convergence of the Jiaolong Stream, the Shiguopan Stream, and the Dry Pit Stream from the north, all flowing into the Qingshui River.
