1314 Observation Deck

The "1314 Observation Deck" is located at the highest point of Haishu Mountain, at an elevation of 1,311 meters. Adding the height of the observation deck itself, the total reaches exactly 1,314 meters, symbolizing the romantic meaning of "forever" (or "one life, one generation"), making it a popular photo spot for couples. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view and is also the filming location for the famous Otsar Tea commercial. From here, you can take in the sprawling tea plantations and distant mountain ranges; on clear days, you can even overlook the scenery of neighboring counties and cities. This is also an excellent spot to enjoy sunrises, a sea of clouds, and night views.
