Bishan Temple

Established over 250 years ago, the temple features magnificent green tiles and grey walls, creating a grand and splendid appearance. The white elephant in front of the temple is remarkably imposing. Nestled amidst beautiful scenery with mountains and water, visitors can overlook the green plains and the winding Maoluo River from afar. A visit can also include a stroll along the Tiaoshui Ancient Trail, where one can admire tung blossoms falling like snowflakes and listen to the birds singing, allowing one to momentarily forget worldly worries.
