Huayang Park

Huayang Park has two entrances. One is located across from the Fourth Special Police Corps on Baoshan Road, and the other is accessed via the Lover's Bridge from the Changhua County Stadium. The Lover's Bridge within the park is a cable suspension bridge; couples walking on the swaying bridge tend to hold onto each other more tightly, which is said to increase their affection, hence its name, Lover's Bridge. In addition to a children's play area with slides and sand pits, a large grassy area is preserved among the trees. On holidays, many families or groups can often be seen picnicking or engaging in activities here. Plantings include Hong Kong orchid trees, Taiwan flame trees, Macaranga tanarius, Macaranga rhizinoides, Malabar chestnut, Ficus superba var. japonica, Acacia confusa, and more.
