Bagua Mountain Range Ecological Visitor Center and Grey-faced Buzzard Theme Pavilion

The Bagua Mountain Range Ecological Visitor Center offers in-depth introductions to the geological, environmental, biological, and other ecological resources of the Bagua Mountain Range. A major ecological highlight is the annual migration of Grey-faced Buzzards: around the vernal equinox in March, these birds fly north from the south to their breeding grounds, stopping to rest in the Bagua Mountain Range. For this reason, the Tri-Mountain National Scenic Area has transformed the Bagua Mountain Range Ecological Visitor Center into the nation's first Grey-faced Buzzard Theme Pavilion, making it Taiwan's first certified environmental education facility dedicated to the Grey-faced Buzzard.
