Visitor Essentials
The entrance is located behind the Lishan Guesthouse and connects to the Cilik Trail. The path is composed of a mix of stone steps, railway sleepers, and wooden plank stairs. During the trail's renovation, which coincided with the renewal of the Lishan Guesthouse's roof tiles, the removed tiles, known for their durability and permeability, were crushed and used as paving material instead of gravel. This not only made the trail environmentally friendly but also enhanced its aesthetic appeal. Some sections feature steep slopes with numerous steps; it is advisable to slow down to conserve energy. The trail culminates at Qianyingyuan (Thousand Cherry Garden) in Fushoushan Farm, where visitors can admire the beautiful cherry blossoms in full bloom every spring. It is also an excellent vantage point for overlooking the surrounding mountain scenery.
