Xiangtian Lake

Xiangtian Lake is located in Donghe Village, Nanzhuang, Miaoli. Legend has it that hundreds of years ago, ancestors named it 'Xiangtian Lake' (meaning 'Lake Facing the Sky') as they observed the lake reflecting the heavens. Locals also call it 'Yangtian Lake'. The picturesque lake scenery, surrounded by mountains, along with the unique traditional Saisiyat culture found here, offers an opportunity to experience both natural and humanistic beauty.
