Bonia Bay (formerly Sun Moon Lake Special Study Tour Center)

The Sun Moon Lake Special Study Tour Center is located within the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area and was formerly Guangming Elementary School. After the school was abolished and merged in 2008, the Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area Administration actively sought to revitalize the campus, transforming it into the Sun Moon Lake Special Study Tour Center. In 2023, the Chin-Ai Music Culture Foundation, a non-profit organization long dedicated to art and culture education and promotion, moved in to operate it. It will introduce local experimental education institutions and performing arts groups from Nantou, and organize life and music experience camps. The aim is to return music, nature, and culture to their simple essence in this tranquil natural environment, bringing them back into everyone's lives.
