Shuili Riverside Park, nestled along the Shuili River in Nantou, is an ideal destination for local residents and visitors seeking coolness and fun during the hot summer months. Every year from June to September, the park buzzes with the 'Crazy Water Festival' (瘋水祭), drawing a large number of families with children to participate. During the event, the park is filled with the joyful laughter of children, while adults also enjoy precious family time, making it one of Shuili's most popular parent-child activities in the summer. The Shuiyun Bridge, spanning the Shuili River, is a prominent highlight near Shuili Riverside Park. Approximately 96 meters long, it is situated adjacent to the Yushan National Park Administration in Shuili Township, Nantou County. This bridge is not only a significant tourist attraction in Shuili Township but also Nantou County's first bridge to feature entirely solar-powered night lighting. By day, visitors can admire the beautiful scenery of the Shuili River from the bridge. Thanks to its prime location, the Shuiyun Bridge is also an exceptional spot for watching the sunset, offering picturesque views that will make you want to linger. Furthermore, the Shuiyun Bridge connects to the Township Cycling Path, attracting many people to cycle and enjoy the riverside views and the refreshing breeze. It's a recreational activity perfect for families of all ages and groups of friends.
