In the center of the bay north of Qinbi Village stands a prominent granite reef. Its unique geological features make it resemble a large sea turtle resting peacefully on the water, thus earning it the name 'Turtle Island' from the locals. The waters around Turtle Island are crystal clear, like a mirror, which led to Qinbi Village being known as 'Mirror Bay'. Legend has it that the village's prosperity was due to this location's excellent Feng Shui. Local residents also believe that many folk legends and spiritual beliefs originated from Turtle Island, considering it one of the village's treasures. Additionally, April and May are among the best times to witness the 'Blue Tears' phenomenon here. **Legend of the Black Stone Tablet** If you have binoculars or a camera, use a telephoto lens to zoom in, and you'll spot a black stone tablet on the island inscribed with 'Plant Banyan for Wealth Accumulation'. It's said that around 1994, guided by the Iron-Armored Marshal of Tianhou Temple, residents erected this tablet along with another one listing 'Donors' Names'. Over the past two decades, Qinbi Village has gradually become a popular tourist destination and a unique folk village in Matsu, attracting more and more visitors.
