Qifeng Wetland

Qifeng Wetland is located southeast of Dapeng Bay, adjacent to Qifeng Community, covering an area of approximately 9.5 hectares. The inlet on the north side of the park receives the outflow from the Left Carbon Wetland of Linbian Main Ditch, which then converges and drains into the Dapeng Bay area. Qifeng Wetland is designed as an ecological retention pond combined with an artificial wetland treatment system. During the rainy season, it functions as a flood retention facility. During the non-rainy season, it treats domestic sewage and aquaculture wastewater discharged from Qifeng Community. Bird species found in the wetland include Great Egret, Intermediate Egret, Cattle Egret, Pacific Golden Plover, Curlew Sandpiper, Black-winged Stilt, and Yellow Bittern.
